Hello Ladies, once any of our pieces caught your eyes & you wish to purchase it,kindly read before purchasing.


❤ORDERING
1)Don't hesitate to drop us an email at Love.prettyplus@gmail.com  with the item code, colour and size.


2) Do note that our listed price is not inclusive of normal postage in Singapore. Only Our members get free normal postage.Click here to join now! An addition of $1.50 will be charged for normal postage (For non-member) and  $2.50 will be charged for registered mail.
* We strongly encourage our customers to opt for registered mail, do note that Love.PrettyPlus will not be responsible for any lost/damage parcel via the normal postage.


3) Please note that order is made based on first come first serve basis.
*Please do note that your order will only be confirmed upon receiving an issued invoice from us.*


❤ SIZING

❤PAYMENT
1) Once we have issued you an invoice  (via Email), it means that we have confirmed your order and we will reserve your order for the next 24 hours.


2) Payment have to be made within 24 hours, 
-POSB/DBS  Saving 248-30016-7 ,Bank Transfer 
*Please email us the Transaction Details (transaction ID, time, amount of transfer, snapshot,etc), after you have made the transfer.*
*Love.PrettyPlus reserves the rights to reject any payment not received on our end.*


3)Please note that if we did not receive any payment within 24hours, your order will auto-released back to the shelves without notifications.


❤DELIVERY
1)Upon receiving payment, we will mail out within 3 working days. You will receive an email once we mailed out your parcel.


2) Please allow another 2-4 days for the parcel to reach you once sent out.


❤EXCHANGE POLICY:
*Do note that we do conduct Quality Checks before mailing out the items. In any case we overlook them, the below applies.*


1)Only defected item(we deserve the right to judge if the item is defected), are eligible for exchange. In any other cases, if the item is not available, the amount will be credited for your next purchase. Otherwise you can  exchange for another item of the same amount or top up the additional amount of a higher price.


2)Please check your parcel once you have received them, defected items have to be informed within 3 days. (Snapshots have to be provided)


3)Please note that colour and size differences will not be exchangeable. Stray threads and removable stains by manufacturers are not exchangeable.
*We encourage you to use the measurement provided by us*


4) In any cases when exchange is needed, please return the items in its original condition, Not Wash, Not Worn and original tag (if any). Please return by mail to us within 3 days, after having confirmation on our side.


❤Terms & Conditions:
1) As stated, Love.PrettyPlus will not be responsible for any lost/damage mail via the normal postage. Hence, registered mail are highly recommended.

2) We do not do reservation of items. 

3) Prices are non-negotiable.


4) Love.PrettyPlus reserves the rights to change any of the Terms & Conditions without any pior notices.
